Marina di Pietrasanta is one of the well-known and fashionable beach resorts along Tuscany’s northern coast. Hoseasons Villas include pre-paid access to a beach club (June to September only), which also has a snack bar and swimming pool right on the beach and the use of one sun umbrella and up to 2 deckchairs per party. Marina di Pietrasanta is also a great base for touring northern Tuscany, with easy access to Pisa and Lucca (approx 30 mins drive), Florence (approx 1 hour’s drive) and other well-known coastal resorts including Forte di Marmi and Viareggio. Villa Sabrina is situated in one of the quiet streets behind the resort, just 800 mts from shops and restaurants (approx 15 mins flat walk) and 1.4 kms (approx 25 mins flat walk) from the beach and town centre. The villa is a typical Tuscan holiday home with homely furnishings, a covered dining terrace and is set in its own garden with private driveway parking. The owners live upstairs in a self-contained apartment and separate entrance. Ground floor: Kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, shower room with washing machine, living / dining room opening onto covered terrace. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV (not satellite) and use of local beach club with swimming pool, beach deckchairs and sun umbrella included (June to September only). Breakage deposit of €150 to be refunded on departure.

Casa da Avo is a traditional Portuguese villa set in the countryside just 5km from the exclusive resorts, golf courses and superb beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, and just 3 km from the town of Almancil. This spacious, traditional villa is set in extensive, sub tropical gardens just 800m from the pretty cove of Cala Gracio and is an ideal choice for larger families wanting to be close to the beach and the bright lights of San Antonio. With sea views and spacious grounds, it is also a perfect spot for a relaxation. Inside, the main house is well equipped and comfortably furnished in a traditional style, and has good leisure facilities including a pool table and table tennis. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are just 600m away. A caretaker resides in an apartment in the basement of the main house with its own private access. There is also a separate annexe sleeping a further 6 people in the grounds. Hoseasons do not let the annexe independently but on the odd occasion the owners do rent it, annexe guests do not have access to the swimming pool and gardens around the main house – only the driveway is shared. Main house guests have exclusive use of the large swimming pool (13m x 7m) and garden, unless both houses are booked together.
