This exclusive development of just 31 villas, each with its own private pool, offers superb amenities and high standards of comfort and is ideal for families or friends looking for a top quality self-catering holiday. Situated in front of the sea about 40 min walk along the promenade (passing several sandy coves) from the centre of Playa Blanca, Heredad Kamezi is a unique complex with an ecological policy (the seawater in the pools is renewed every day, and all waste freshwater is cleaned and recycled to water the gardens) and fine services, including a reception and small supermarket (open daily, selling freshly baked bread and most essentials) on site. There is also a children's playground (unsupervised). Each spacious and well equipped house is on one or two storeys and has its own private entrance, fully fitted kitchen, lawned garden, shaded dining area, sun terrace and private pool, as well as a dedicated parking space. They all have direct dial telephones and ADSL line (PC's and internet connection can be hired at reception). The villas are quite close to each other but are separated by high walls for privacy. Two storey houses have a sea view - please let us know if you require a 2 storey house, although this request cannot be guaranteed as house numbers are allocated on arrival). There are many restaurants, small bars and shops in the relaxing resort of Playa Blanca, but Heredad Kamezi offers such high standards that you may hardly want to leave your villa!
