Villa Princesa is a beautifully maintained, comfortable air conditioned villa ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 2km from the lively beach resort of Calpe and 5 min walk from the nearest restaurant and shops. The house does have an unusual layout, with part shut off for the owner’s winter home (not used in Summer), but it also has lots of outside space, including a large private pool (10m x 6m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps and gated for child safety), two dining terraces with BBQ and a rooftop solarium with magnificent views of the sea. The villa’s layout (with a separate flat upstairs) makes it ideally suited to a family with grandparents or older teenagers who are happy to be separate from the main accommodation. Air conditioning in selected rooms is included in the price. Lower (pool level) house: air conditioned lounge/dining room with TV, DVD and ceiling fan, small kitchen with hob/oven and, fridge/freezer, shower/WC with washing machine, two double and one twin bedrooms. Outside ding terrace and steps up to large balcony and rooftop solarium. Upstairs apartment: accessed via its own front door at the rear of the villa, this has a spacious kitchen/diner with dishwasher, double bedroom with satellite TV and shower /WC. The hallway is air conditioned. The pool is easily accessed down a pathway along the side of the villa. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
