Few ways of going wireless are as straight forward as the Griffin Evolve.Firstly, it's an iPod dock - with supplied cradles to ensure compatibility with any and every generation of iPod (Shuffle apart).The dock part sits in the centre of the main unit, which serves as a kind of plinth. To each side of this, sits the Evolves' cuboid speakers.THe speakers sit lightly connected to the main unit via three connector pins, through which they charge their batteries.When you want some music in a different part of the house, simply lift one or both speakers from their cradles and pub them where you want.Your iPod sitting in its dock, streams music wirelessly to the speakers anywhere in the home.Even better, they work a long way from the main unit, with a strong signal that's remarkable robust. Griffin claims anything up to 150ft.It sounds pretty good too.
